It's not always an easy thing to talk about ourselves and admit the things we want to others, sometimes even within the BDSM community, and sometimes it's hard to admit even with ourselves.
In this workshop, we discuss the questions IF, WHEN, and HOW to tell about ourselves to our social environment. We will talk about “coming out of the closet” not only in front of vanillas but also in front of other kinksters (not necessarily spouses). We will talk about how to address difficult reactions from a non-judgmental place. We will also practice a variety of situations from life and tools for discussion and communication.
How to bring up a charged topic?
How to overcome the fear of expressing yourself
How to come out of the closet within the BDSM community?
We will do simulation exercises in small groups.
Give tools for respectful non-judgmental communication
